Russian Speaking Executive PA
To assist with translations, contracts and other legal documents, travel arrangments and other general PA duties. Any knowledge of the Spanish language an advantage.

Company Manager
- Assist the Corporate Administration team with company incorporations local and offshore and relative ongoing company maintenance.
- Review counterparty contracts .
- Assist the team with the ongoing support and assistance for the sister company of fund administrators covering Gibraltar and other jurisdictions.
- Draft Minutes and resolutions.

Trust Manager
This role involves the delivery of Trust and Company Administration Services to principally High Net Worth clients, and the support and supervision of others in this activity.
Ideally a member of STEP or holder of ICSA professional qualification.
Minimum of 3 years post qualification.
Able to network effectively with High Net Worth clients and their advisers.
Ability to set targets for self, others and monitor and give appropriate feedback.
Administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies for High Net Worth clients, including the preparation of correspondence, deeds, contracts and related documentation.
Develop new business enquiries.

Financial Controller
The ideal candidate will be an experienced qualified / part qualified accountant with a financial services and/or Insurance industry background. The successful candidate will assist with building the Finance team up to the required level to accommodate the launch of two significant and business changing products. This will be an exciting challenge and requires someone with technical capabilities, a real sense of get up and go and someone who is a self starter.
- Reporting directly to Finance Director.
- Manage a rapidly growing Finance Department.
- Preparation and development of monthly Board reporting pack.
- Analysis and preparation of claims provision schedules.
- Production (currently in conjunction with another company) of quarterly solvency return.
- Production of weekly cash flow forecasts.
- Assist FD in the preparation of budgets and business plans.
- Preparation of statutory accounts for 4 group entities plus Group consolidated accounts.
- Management of external audit process.
- Overall responsibility for banking arrangements and treasury management to include monthly bank reconciliation's.
- Responsible for purchase ledger, sales ledger and payroll (outsourced).
- Assist in the preparation of periodic underwriting profits calculations to support any distributions to preference shareholders.

Part Qualified / Qualified Accountants
Part qualified / qualified accountants required for the financial services industry.
- Professionally qualified accountants or somebody making good progress with accounting qualifications.
- Familiar with the main office productivity software/ accounts packages / Excel.

Company Administrator - Financial Sector
Assisting with the administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies.
- Preparation of routine correspondence with clients and their advisers.
- Preparation of payment instructions, and monitoring execution of instructions.
- Liaising with clients and their advisers in respect of routine issues, via telephone and other electronic interface, subject to guidance from supervisor.
- Preparation of minutes and ancillary documents.
- Production and submission of government returns.
- Ensuring that statutory records and minute books are up to date and accurate.
- Maintenance of client data within the primary management information systems.
- Organising travel arrangements for section staff.
- Previous Company Administrator experience would be an advantage.

Qualified Accountant with good Funds experience required, at management level. Pro-active, great organisational and accounting skills. Strong people management skills are essential, supervising overall fund administration operations.

Senior Manager - Insurance Sector
Ideally a qualified accountant with several years of Insurance experience. The role will require someone who can lead a team in the management of insurance companies. Ideally have a considerable client interface supported by a mixed team of insurance and accounting staff.

Compliance Officer
Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Knowledge of Due Diligence and Money Laundering. Knowledge of Company Management.

Client Relationship Manager
Act as the focal point for managed insurer clients providing financial, regulatory and compliance services to agreed standards, and supporting managed insurers in obtaining and retaining insurance licenses.

International Tax Planner
Undertaking international corporate (and personal) tax planning and structuring for clients, performing the necessary research and, where appropriate, liaising with other professionals and intermediaries. This would include, but not be limited to, advising on withholding taxes, transfer pricing, profit extraction, anti avoidance matters (e.g. Controlled Foreign Companies), place of residence, management and control, creation of taxable presence, EU Directive & Double Tax Treaty use and undertaking due diligences. Knowledge of Gibraltar Taxation. Managing and developing your own portfolio of clients.
